GOD'S HEART FOR MARRIAGE
God has created the family to be the foundational structure and instrument for blessing in the church, community and nation. However our day-to-day lives are strongly influenced by circumstances that exert pressures resulting in weariness, tension and division. Whatever state our marriages are in, we all desire deeper intimacy, joy and fulfilment. This course will release a "fresh anointing" to heal, restore and empower your marriage.

COURSE CONTENT

- God's Heart and purpose for Marriage

- God's Order and Government in the Family

- Covenant
- Mercy and forgiveness
- Practical ways to communicate love.
The highlight is the Covenant Renewal Ceremony on Sunday.
WHO CAN ATTEND ?
This seminar has been presented since 1992 in various churches and to people across the denominational spectrum. Any married couple may attend.
Each couple will receive 2 detailed manuals and a certificate on completion. (provided all the sessions were attended and all projects completed).
TIMES
There are various time formats for the presentation of this seminar
a. One week: Tuesday – Friday evening, plus Saturday and Sunday Covenant.
Tuesday: 18:30 – 22:00
Wed, Thur, Fri: 18:45 – 22:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 16:30
Sunday morning Covenant
Renewal Ceremony 09:30 – 13:00
b. Two weeks: First week – Friday night and Saturday
Second week – Friday night, Saturday and Sunday.
c. One night per week for 6 weeks to end with covenant ceremony.
Presentation format may vary from church to church.
FOLLOW UP
On completion of the seminar, we recommend that the participating couples meet as a group once per week for about four weeks to discuss and work through different aspects of the course.
PRAYER
Each couple should have prayer partners to pray for them during the course.
COURSE PRESENTATION
In order to present the course in your church, a leader from your church needs to be trained as a facilitator. This is done by attending a Train the Trainer course at the Family Centre in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, to gain the heart of the course content and style of ministry. You may also be trained by attending a course presented by a church accredited by us in your area.
STARTER PACK
Once you have been trained, a starter pack can be purchased to present the seminar.
The starter pack consists of 10 seminar DVDs, 12 participant's manuals and 2 facilitator's manual. You do have the option of buying the DVDs separately. Extra manuals can be ordered as and when required.
NB: The DVDs are not sold to individuals and may only be viewed by attending a seminar presented by the local church with a trained facilitator.
